EN: Scarecrows in the Ricefields

There is really not a lot to say about this photo.

It’s that time of the year again when the farmers in the surrounding areas open the irrigation channels, flood the paddy’s, plough them either by hand or machine & sow the crop.

In a short period of time the brown beaten earth will be awash in a sea of luminescent green and these guys, the scarecrows are popping up to keep the birds away.
