EN: The Burger House, Bangers & Mash

The Pai Explorer

Yesterday we decided to have brunch at the Burger House and instead of going for 1 of their 13 specialty burgers, we decided to try their revamped Bangers and Mash. The complete meal did not disappoint.

Proper English pork sausages cooked to perfection, smooth creamy mashed potato (made out of real potatoes and not that re-constituted chemical powder crap), rich thick gravy and garnished with mint, avocado (seasonal) and a slice of tomato.

Definitely the highlight of my culinary week.
