Wheatgrass is also very effective in helping an individual’s digestive system and can be seen as an effective agent in flushing toxins from your system, revitalizing you and giving you more energy.

There are even some cosmetic benefits to wheatgrass. Studies have shown that wheatgrass actually retards or slows the graying of hair and prevents tooth decay. All in all, depending on what you read, the benefits of wheatgrass are many with the only constant negative being its taste.
